Warm palate with soft tannins, “Piccini Collezione Oro Chianti Riserva” reveals himself in velvety shades, rich in structure, with a long aftertaste.
Piccini Collezione Oro Chianti Riserva has a taste of intense and persistent fruity bouquet, flavour develops sinuously, subtle notes of vanilla coming through in the end. The Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes coming from the best sites are picked and fermented separately with an extended maceration. Having reached the ideal point of ripeness, the grapes are processed separately, at controlled temperature, undergoing a long maceration.
The "Collezione Oro", Italian for Gold Collection, range name is meant to announce, even from the label, its exeptional quality and the perfect balance obtained through a modern interpretation of the Tuscan terroir.
