How is my personal data used?

How do I use a voucher?

At the checkout, please enter your voucher code, click "Verify Code" and apply the voucher. The amount will appear automatically. You may choose to use the whole amount or only a part of it and use the remaining value on your next order.

How do I pay?

Pay safe and easy with your credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Euro Card. Or you may choose to pay by PayPal or Sofort payment.

How safe is it to pay with my credit card?

We are using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is an industrial standard and is one of the best software (verified by VISA/MasterCard Secure Code) for payment transactions. When you pay by credit card, you do not leave any sensitive credit card information with us. The card number is sent by an encrypted connection directly to the bank who is handling the whole transaction.

I receive error code 51 when trying to pay?

Error code 51 means that there is no connection to the bank or there are no sufficient funds on the bank account.
