Casa Marrone Blanc de Blancs Brut is a sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay. The grapes were grown on slopes of up to 300 meters in Apulia. With a breathtaking view over olive trees and light, calcareous soils, these Chardonnay grapes benefit from a long growing season.

To give Casa Marrone Blanc de Blancs a rich and creamy texture, the wine is aged for three months in French oak barrels. Then it's time for the wine to get its bubbles. The wine matured in oak barrels is transferred to a stainless steel pressure tank to ferment a second time using the Martinotti method.
When the desired pressure, alcohol and sugar have been reached, we fill Casa Marrone Blanc de Blancs into its unmistakable bottle and close it by hand with Spago.
