Benromach Peat Smoke is a distinctive single malt whisky, distilled in 2010 and crafted in small batches. This Speyside gem is renowned for its robust smoky character, achieved by using heavily peated barley. Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, this whisky offers a unique flavor profile that stands out among its peers.

Benromach is famous for its relatively high content of smoke. Benromach Peat Smoke Single Malt Whisky was produced and included in the range in order to expand the market and to score points, especially with new taste composition which was a very sensible and above all smoky decision!

This sought-after Peat Smoke Single Malt Whisky is worth every sip and already shows through its special scent what quality the mouth can expect. Its aroma smells sweet and gives an idea of luxurious vanilla and honey. 

Aroma: On the nose, Benromach Peat Smoke greets you with intense smoky notes, complemented by hints of vanilla, citrus, and a touch of white chocolate. The aroma is rich and inviting, promising a complex tasting experience.

About the Distillery:
This Single Malt Whisky is produced in the smallest working distillery in Speyside, Scotland. A staff compliment of two manage to distill about 200 000 thousand liters of Whisky annually. Only the finest Scottish barley and pure spring water from a local spring is used in this wonderful creation.  Maturation of the Benromach takes place in first fill oak bourbon barrels. The Benromach Distillery dates back to 1898. In 1993 United Distillers sold the Distillery to Gordon & MacPhail who have since released many versions of the small batch Benromach Whisky. The distillery equipment was updated and restored after 10 years of being mothballed. The official re-opening of the distillery was attended by The Price of Wales.  
You should enjoy this single malt naturally and at room temperature but it is also delicious on ice and can also be added to other drinks. By only adding two drops of water the high-quality Benromach Peat Smoke Single Malt Whisky offers new impressions. Due to the limited annual production, the Whisky makes a perfect addition to a Whisky collection and also makes a special and appreciated gift.
