The first impression: Fiery peat kicks things off, naturally. But then comes a sweetness - burnt marshmallows, charred pineapple, banana and ... bacon? We warned you this was carnage.
The full-on flavour: You're in the thick of it now. A briny, oily, intense smoke hits hard but medics are on the scene quickly with a spoonful of honey and lemon.
The finale: And, when the dust settles, the smoky dying embers of toasted oak is all that remains. Along with just a hint of a fruity aftermath.
