In the Mexican Jalisco this Patron Tequila Reposado ripens following on its soft and gentle distillation in small batches for a total six months in strong oak barrels. Here the Tequila develops its intense aroma defined by the fine blue agave and sounds of high quality oak.

In the House Patron the focus is always on using high-quality ingredients and the Jimadors only harvest the Weber Blue Agave with the highest sugar content. The leaves of the agave are stripped away to reveal the pina which is the heart of the plant. The heart is chopped up and is then baked in a clay over. After baking the pina is crushed by a Tahona wheel and roller mill. The extracted juice is fermented for three days and is then distilled and eventually aged in barrels for a minimum of two months. Only 60 pairs of hands are involved in the entire production process from start to finish.

A little tip of the House: This Patron Tequila Reposado should if available be enjoyed in a large, beautiful and bulbous tumbler; of course without dilution, no ice, and at room temperature. Until then all individual flavors and tastes can be fully heard and nothing stands in the way of enjoying this Reposado. The Tequila is also a key component in a favorite cocktail.
