Only the best Pinot Grigio grapes from the southern Trentino and Veneto regions are harvested for this wonderfully fresh Amicale Pinot Grigio Rosé. Before pressing, the grapes rest for about 8 hours, allowing the finest aromas to transfer from the berry skins to the must. After fermentation, the wine matures on the fine lees, which gives it extra complexity and depth. Amicale Pinot Grigio Rosé is a dense, lively and aromatic rosé wine that also cuts a fine figure as an aperitif.
