Damaged Product

When the goods arrive and it is presumed that the goods have been damaged during shipping, you immediately have to report it to the provider. Contact the Shipping Company who will take care of the damage report and inform you about refund. Always check your goods upon delivery.

Missing product

It is the recipient's responsibility to verify that the delivery of goods is correct. Please compare the packing list with your order carefully. If any product is missing upon delivery, notify us immediately at Customer Service.

When you order shipping with E-Box Delivery, there is automatically an insurance included covering up to 500 euro. The insurance is valid only for damage or loss of goods during shipping. Please be aware that any refunds for damages need to be properly documented with report and pictures, immediately upon receiving of the package.
