On the nose, the Fautino I Gran Reserva is complex and elegant with wide fruity and spicy notes. On the mouth, the Faustino I Gran Reserva is elegant, with pleasant hints due to the barrel ageing. The finish is long and silky.
The Faustino I matches any meat or oily fish dishes as well as medium aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
