Piccini Venetian Dress Prosecco Rosé, a bright Rosé with fine perlage. Ripe red berries and white flowers on the nose. The wine is extremely fresh yet velvety on the palate.
Piccini Venetian Dress Rosé is the resulting blend of different selected Glera cuvée with a small addition of Pinot Nero, red wine. Glera, used for Prosecco wines, and Pinot Nero grapes are harvested and vinified separately. This noble grape variety adds up body and complexity to the floral and elegant Glera-based wine. The Charmat Method is defined by a slow second fermentation and a prolonged aging period in pressurized tank. This process helps enhancing the wine’s red berries fruit and rose petal flavours, typical of Pinot Noir.
