Seven whiskeys that honour seven leading characters of the Jack Daniel Distillery’s history. This bottlings are collector’s editions and have a limited availability. This special bourbon has the typical dark mahogany colour. It is a smooth whiskey that smells like vanilla, sweet caramel and oak. Hints of spices and smoke can be detected as well. Its body is voluminous and soft. On the palate the aromas of spicy oak, vanilla as well as caramel and toffee are to be found again.

This Jack Daniel’s Master Distillers edition holds the perfect balance between soft, sweet and mellow and spicy as well as slightly smoky. The finish is of medium length and lets the flavours fade out slowly. Overall this bourbon is as soft as it is characteristic of Jack Daniel’s whiskeys because of the charcoal mellowing. This process extracts the undesired aromas and has therefore a significant impact on the bourbon.

So far seven Master Distillers have been working at the Jack Daniel Distillery and contributed to the great international success of this company. To honour those important characters, the Jack Daniel’s Master Distillers Series was launched. This special Tennessee whiskey acknowledges the hard work and is a symbol for the great effort that each of the following men has put into the Jack Daniel’s whiskeys:

Each bottle shows the particular Master Distiller, gives some information about him and became a consecutive number printed on because of the limitation. It comes in an elegant black gift box that shows the portrait of the Master Distiller as well. With this packaging the Jack Daniel’s Master Distillers Series is a great gift for whiskey enthusiasts but can grade up the own mini-bar too.
