When the Apulian sun meets the fruity Primitivo grapes and the spicy Nero di Troia grapes, the result merges into an intensely fruity red wine with beautiful scents of sour cherry, currant, vanilla and herbal spices.

The carefully selected grapes are picked by hand and gently destemmed and crushed. 60% of the wine is matured in steel tanks. The rest is aged in barriques for 4 months.

The wine has a strong character of its territory with smooth and soft tannins surrounded by balsamic notes and a long lingering finish.

The Vanita Primitivo Nero di Roia red wine is a great choice if you serve meat dishes. Try BBQ-marinated ribs, beef skewers or T-bone steaks.
