West Cork Distillery is an independent distillery and is the only Irish distillery to malt its own barley keeping strict control over the flavor profile. Locally grown grain and spring water from the Rivel Ilen is used in this exceptional small batch creation. 

Consisting of fifty percent grain and fifty per cent malt, the West Cork Distillery allowed this product at least 3 years aging. The unique blend is made up of 50 percent 10 year old single malt aged in sherry oak casks and seven year old single malt aged in bourbon oak casks. The other 50 percent is made up of four year old grain Whiskey aged in bourbon oak casks.
