The hand-picked Botanicals include angelica root, juniper berries, lemon balm, lemon peel, liquorice root, orange peel, Orris root, coriander seeds, Apple Mint, Birch leaves, Bog Myrtle leaves, Cassia bark, sweet Chamomile, Cinnamon bark, creeping Thistle flowers, Elder flowers, Gorse flowers, Heather flowers, Hawthorn flowers, Lady’s Bedstraw flowers, Meadow sweet, Mugwort leaves, Red Clover flowers, Sweet Cicely leaves, Tansy, Thyme leaves, Water mint leaves, White clover, Wood Sage leaves and peppermint leaves. The 22 aromatic botanicals are distilled slowly under low pressure. This ensures that the Botanicals are treated in a gentle manner and can develop an optimum aroma. Water from the Dirty Dottie spring on the Octomore farm is used for both the distillation and bottling.
