"Fresco di Masi" emphasizes the natural, unchanging character of an authentic wine. Fresco di Masi is produced only from organic grapes harvested during the coolest hours and vinified immediately without drying or transfer to wooden barrels. Only the grapes' natural yeast is used in the process, and the wine is decanted without filtration.

Masi's prestigious winery has a long history of producing and distributing premium wines that are a tribute to the values of the Venetian territories.

The use of indigenous grapes and indigenous methods, and innovative research make it one of the most well-known producers of high-quality Italian wines.

Masi's history begins in 1772, when the Boscaini family carried out their first harvest in the prestigious vineyards of the "Vajo dei Masi", a valley in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region. After more than 200 years of passionate winemaking, the company is still in the family's hands and is run by the sixth, seventh and eighth generations. Today, Masi wines are world-renowned for their high quality and have won numerous prestigious international awards.
