The distillery was successfully set up in Southwark near a pure water source and production of the Gordan‘s brand began in earnest. Gordon‘s Sloe Gin was first put into production in 1906 and launched in 1908. Careful selection of secret Botanicals is the first step for the preparation of the striking Gordon‘s Sloe Gin. Fine wild sloe berries are first macerated and then mixed with a Gordon‘s Dry Gin to make this classic blend with a dry yet slight cassis fruity sweetness. The Gordon‘s Sloe Gin is matured in wood which allows the Gin a balanced fruity flavour.

The great tasting Gordon‘s Dry Gin is an in-house dry Gin, which is distilled according to a traditional recipe dating back to the year 1769. The triple distilled Gordon‘s Dry Gin contains 22 Botanicals, including Botanicals like spicy juniper berries, zesty lemon and orange peel, coriander seeds and magical angelica root. Before the finished Gordon's Sloe Gin can be sold, it will be stored for several weeks and filtered several times.

Visually the colourful Gordon‘s Sloe Gin is presented beautifully in a round and transparent glass bottle, decorated with a white-purple label and closure.
