Dimazzo Primitivo Puglia IGT offers a delicious aroma of dried fruits such as plums, dark berries and raisins with elements of oak barrels, chocolate, spices and a hint of vanilla. The taste is powerful, harmonious and balanced with elements of dried dark berries, ripe plums, spices, oak and chocolate. The Dimazzo Primitivo Apulia provides a strong, mature and long-lasting finish.
Dimazzo is produced in the Apulia district in Italy. For the preparation of the wine only carefully selected and hand-harvested Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes are used. The wine is then stored for four months in oak barrels, which gives a more powerful and richer wine.
Dimazzo Primitivo Puglia IGT is a perfect companion to enjoy and goes well with spicy dishes, roast and grilled meats, game and aged ripened cheese.
