First, the Chairman's Reserve Original Rum is matured and blended in ex-bourbon casks separately according to batch and distillation type, then aged for another 6 months in oak barrels. The average age of this blend is 5 years.

Color: strong, dark amber bouquet of banana, chocolate, vanilla, coffee

Palate: This rum presents the typical notes of pot still distillation as well as hints of plantains, caramelized fruits and spicy oak and hints of vanilla. On the palate it is well balanced with a fine structure, accompanied by hints of chocolate, raisins, tobacco and cloves, ending in a long, creamy finish.
