The Beefeater London Dry Gin owes its name to the London-based guardians of the Tower of London, who have always been affectionately called Beefeater.

The nine botanicals used in the production of Beefeater London Dry Gin: lemon peel, orange peel, liquorice root, juniper berry, coriander, almond, angelica seed, angelica root and lily seed. These are placed in grain alcohol for 24 hours before the actual burning process. As a result, the grain alcohol absorbs the aromas of the botanicals and is then distilled four times.
