Segura Viudas Cava Brut

The main characteristic of Brut Reserva Segura Viudas is its elegant and persistent sparkling taste.

Aroma: The aromas offer notes of white fruits, citrus and tropical fruits and light floral notes.

The taste is delicious, complex and full of character, with good acidity and notes of lime and pineapple. The aftertaste is dry, long and refreshing.

The fruit and freshness come from the careful handling of the native Spanish grapes. These are picked by hand and transported to the vineyard in self-draining plastic boxes with a capacity of 25 kg to prevent damage to the grapes and the possible oxidation of the juice, which would lead to a loss of freshness. The complexity comes from a very special technique where the base wine is aged for 3 months before bottling, and then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, for 15 months.

Segura Viudas are known for creating cava with elegance and finesse. This cava is ideal to enjoy as an aperitif and as a complement to different occasions. The balanced acidity and fresh taste make it a great choice.
