The Cantina Zaccagnini Organic Montepulciano 3 l BiB is an organic red wine from the Abruzzo region. It offers an elegant and fruity flavor profile, characterized by traditional craftsmanship. The wine is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, harvested manually in late September. The grapes undergo gentle pressing and maceration with the skins during fermentation to extract color and tannins. The fermentation process takes about 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a few months of aging in the same tanks before bottling.
